I am never sure if I should laugh or cry when I see someone post this or something to its effect. I know lawyers are disliked around the world, but good ones give their clients sound advice. Whoever gave the original poster this advice is not a good lawyer, and if it meant anything, it could actually get you in more legal trouble.

If you paid someone for this advice, you need to hire a competent attorney to get your money back. You should also file a complaint with whatever agency is responsible for regulating attorneys to stop this quack before s/he does something that is really harmful to someone.
Just what is it you are posting that you feel the need to get legal counsel, and why didn't you get counsel from someone who knew something about the law? Simply writing a mishmash of legal-sounding words does not work. Better advice would be not to post things that are illegal or could get you in legal trouble.

The New York City police cannot arrest every person in the city to investigate a robbery because the US Constitution prohibits that. Likewise, they cannot investigate a robbery in Saudi Arabia unless they have permission from Saudi authorities. No sane attorney would advise a client to tell a law enforcement agency not to investigate them. That's practically begging for an investigation.
It is also unclear what type of project or investigation you fear individuals or institutions might do. In any case, your ability to restrict others from using stuff you post here is, at best, unenforceable.
